After the enormous success of the MADCAT® Clonk Teasers, the time has come for a new version: the Silent Teaser A-STATIC. In high-pressure waters, catfish are still attracted to the clonk teaser, but when they get close to the bait, they may become suspicious, due to the ticking of the beads. What is therefore needed to trigger an attack is the turbulence of a fleeing bait - without sound! MADCAT® A-STATIC silent teasers are developed to produce turbulence, caused by the rubber skirt with wavy edge and dimples like golf balls, both on the body and on the skirt. The grooves at the bottom of the skirt mean that the skirt folds easily when the teaser is lowered (but remains stiffer when raised). In other words: it will create as little turbulence as possible when lowered, but as much as possible when raised. MADCAT® A-STATIC silent teasers are so sophisticated that they fool even the most mischievous and suspicious torpedo.
A-STATIC means: covered in rubber, to minimize the electric field that makes torpedoes suspicious. Note: The coating may wear off during use.
